- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp ghee or grass-fed butter
- 10-20 jumbo shrimps
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Dash cayenne
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Dash red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 large zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 Tbsp ghee, grass-fed butter or olive oil
- Spiralize your zucchini using a spiralizer or mandolin and set aside.
- Combine seasoning in a bowl and toss with shrimp
- Heat butter and garlic in a pan
- Add in bell pepper, onion, and shrimp and let cook until opaque
- In a separate pan heat remaining tbsp of butter and lightly sauté zucchini noodles for 3 minutes
- Place zucchini noodles in a bowl and top with garlic shrimp and veggie mixture
- Taste and add salt and seasoning as desired
