Can you spot the fishies?! In my attempt to get more omega 3’s in my diet, I’ve been making a conscious effort to eat more fish. SMASH fish, to be more specific (salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines and herring). These species are not only the best choices for omega-3s, but they’re also generally less toxic, assuming they’re caught in the wild!
